“Let’s turn the complexity of the digital world into pure performance through a global vision and practice of your acquisition levers! “

At Google Yassine fell in love with digital performance. For 3 years he helped the major French media agencies to reach their digital performance targets. Having thought about everything that was still missing and all the potential improvements in the digital world, he founded FABERNOVEL DATA & MEDIA (formerly Lagencemedia) with Kevin in 2013, a multi-specialist performance agency, located in Paris and New York, whose mission is to transform the complexity of Digital into pure performance. Yassine’s ambition is to shake up, transform and disrupt the market of Media Agencies by using unseen, innovative and audacious strategies. According to him, it is now critical to operate in a seamless way all the necessary and relevant levers in order to fully optimize the performance of his partners, while ensuring a full transparency. In addition to digital performance, Yassine has a passion for anything related to transportation and any way it could be optimised. Talk to him about Solowheel, Mountain Board or any kind of bikes, you will surely see sparkles in his eyes.

“Unleash your digital acquisition by combining the best of Human and Machines“

With a strong technical background, good interpersonal skills and known for being a little bit of a geek, Kevin first studied software development, and then innovation management. He got a first experience as a consultant specialised in data at Converteo, before joining Google where he created an online performance optimisation cluster, specialized in the “user centric” measurement problematics. At that moment he met Yassine, which, many debates later, gave rise to FABERNOVEL DATA & MEDIA (formely Lagencemedia), a multi-specialist performance agency, located in Paris and New York, expert in traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and data analysis. At FABENOVEL DATA & MEDIA Kevin manages a versatile, highly skilled and diverse team that shares the same goal driven and performance visions. According to him, to fully optimize performance, piloting cannot be completely automated, but requires a combination between Men and Machines. Men to manage the strategical and analytical aspects ; the Machine for automation, and increase productivity.
